Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout once the returned item has been received and inspected.
2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:

Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

Products must be returned with their original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, and any accompanying materials.

Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale or promotional items are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.

Return and exchange shipping costs, including customs duties or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or defective items may be returned or exchanged at no additional cost.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions or shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration. In such cases, the product may be returned to you at your own expense.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins for a full refund.
Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined below.
4. How to Return an Item
Step 1 — Contact Customer Service
Email our support team at service@maiyuntrading.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and, if applicable, a photo or video of the item you wish to return.
Step 2 — Repack the Item
Place the item(s) in the original packaging along with your receipt. Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Step 3 — Complete Documentation
Fill out all three copies of the Return Pro-Forma Invoice Form.
Insert all copies into the transparent envelope provided and attach it to the package (do not seal the envelope). These forms are required for customs clearance.
Step 4 — Ship the Package
Hand the package to the designated courier and keep a record of the tracking number until your return is confirmed.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

If the return does not meet our policy requirements, the package will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been approved and your refund has been successfully processed.
